ABOUT US

CA Praveen Bangad is a founding member and Partner of Bangad Parjane & Company, Chartered Accountant firm. The firm has two offices – Nashik and Aurangabad. He is in charge of the Aurangabad office.

CA Praveen Bangad started his journey of Business finance in 2008. He is a highly specialized Chartered Accountant with unique focus in the area of Business Finance, Business Valuation & Government Subsidies. His vision is to financially assist every person who has a business idea. He has worked with BIRLA GROUP of Mumbai as financial consultant & sanctioned Rs.500 Crores bank loan.

He has conducted many knowledge sharing sessions on bank finance for various bank’s employees. He has guided many entrepreneurs on “How to avail Collateral free loan”, “How to improve credit score/ credit rating”.

Since 2008, he has helped many SME entrepreneurs, Start Up, Government Contractors to avail the credit facilities through Public Sector Banks, Private Banks, Non Banking Financial Companies & Co operative Banks, Preparation of Investment Proposal for Investor; Preparation of Project Report, Credit Monitoring Analysis (CMA), Techno – Economic Viability (TEV), Analyzed financial statements against forecasts to prepare high level variance analysis, Review document and identified financial discrepancies, Consultancy on Initial Public Offer (IPO), Provided Business Valuation to various start-ups, MSME units for allotment of shares, transfer of intangible assets. Provided more than 100 plus valuation since August 2022.

Our organization is highly aware of their social responsibility. What we get from society should be returned back to the society in some or other form. Hence , CA Praveen Bangad as been acted many additional roles in various organization like :-

Mentor to the entrepreneur at Bhartiya Yuva Shakti Trust (BYST – NGO helping entrepreneur to get bank finance and providing the mentorship) since 2015.

Member of Budget Committee of Maharashtra National Law University(Established by State Government of Maharashtra), Aurangabad since 2022.

Area Coordinator for Aurangabad region of Keep Moving Movement (KMM) – Inspirational platform for School Student and teacher, Pune.

Lecturer to Commerce Student on Accounting & Finance at Institute of Taxation & Accounting Profession (ITAP).

Secretary of Aurangabad Branch of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 2021 & Treasurer of Aurangabad Branch of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 2018.

Chairman of Entrepreneur Selection Panel (ESP) Committee of Bhartiya Yuva Shakti Trust (BYST) from 2017 to 2020.

Committee Member of Aurangabad Branch of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 2018.

Mentor to the entrepreneur at Bhartiya Yuva Shakti Trust (BYST – NGO helping entrepreneur to get bank finance and providing the mentorship) since 2015.

Independent Director in Advisory Board of on Itsource Technologies Limited, Mumbai from September 2011 to February 2017.
