He leads the firm's operations in project finance, business valuation, and Virtual CFO services, serving MSMEs, startups, and real estate businesses.

He has served as an Independent Director in Itsource Technologies Ltd., and currently holds an Independent Directorship in a private limited company. He has issued over 100 valuation reports and regularly mentors entrepreneurs through organizations like Bhartiya Yuva Shakti Trust (BYST).

CA Vaibhav Parjane is a Chartered Accountant and co-founding partner of the firm. He leads the Nashik office and primarily focuses on government subsidy advisory and account outsourcing services.

With practical experience in finance implementation and operational systems, he supports clients in preparing documentation for subsidy schemes and maintaining accurate accounting processes aligned with regulatory requirements.

CA Chetan G. Gattani is a practicing Chartered Accountant since 2012 with expertise in audit, taxation, and advisory services. He also holds qualifications as a Company Secretary (CS), DISA (ICAI), and is certified for Co-operative Society Audits, along with serving as an RBI-approved Director and Technical Director in the co-operative banking sector.

His core areas include statutory and internal audits, bank audits, GST and direct tax compliances, ROC and company matters, and income tax litigation. He also has significant experience in Intellectual Property Rights, with over 300 trademark and copyright registrations.

CA Priya Gattani is a Chartered Accountant with over 10 years of experience, with a strong focus on accounting outsourcing, audit, and regulatory compliance.

She holds ICAI certifications in Concurrent Bank Audit, Financial and Technical Analysis of Equity Shares (FATA), and Overseas Outsourcing Services (UK). Her core expertise lies in managing end-to-end accounting outsourcing functions, along with internal audits, financial statement analysis, and timely compliances in GST, TDS, and Income Tax, ensuring accurate and efficient financial management for clients.

CA Akshay Somani is a Chartered Accountant specializing in government subsidy advisory, regulatory compliance, RERA compliance, and accounting outsourcing services. He leads the Jalna branch office and supports businesses in navigating subsidy frameworks with clarity and efficiency.

He manages compliance, documentation, and regulatory processes, ensuring consistent execution and adherence to applicable frameworks.
